How do I place an order?
Add your chosen option to the basket, continue to checkout, and enter your shipping and payment details. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — if your order is still within the cancellation window. Email support@thesafestay.com with "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line and include your order number.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details where available.

Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. Once it has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, along with other secure payment methods shown at checkout.

Where do you ship?

What if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?
Contact us at support@thesafestay.com with your order number and details of the issue. If possible, include photos for damaged items so we can help more quickly.

What is your return policy?
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review the request and explain the next steps.

How do I return an item?
Email support@thesafestay.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us first and we will review the matter. If you changed your mind, return postage may be your responsibility.

How long do refunds take?
Once an approved return is received and checked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Can I request a replacement?
Yes. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will review the best resolution available.
